Delete your account and data.

The fastest way — in the app

Open YourCarKeeper → Settings → Delete account → confirm. That's it. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email dev@coastalep.com with the subject "Delete my YourCarKeeper account", sent from the email address on your account. We verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner. You'll get a confirmation when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything. Your account and email address, your profile details, every vehicle, every service record, every warranty, and every document and photo you uploaded. This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover your records afterward — if you want a copy first, export your records from the app (Settings → CarKeeper Report) before deleting.

What's kept

Nothing that identifies you. Anonymous, aggregated operational statistics (for example, overall usage counts that were never tied to your account contents) may persist, but they can't be traced back to you. There is no additional retention period for your personal data — when your account is deleted, your data is deleted.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can also delete individual items anytime in the app: long-press a document to delete it, or delete a service record, warranty, or an entire car from its own screen. Deleting an item removes its data and files.
